Where is my confirmation email?
Our confirmation emails come from receipts@receiptful.com - If you have not received a confirmation email, please search your inbox and spam folder for "receipts@receiptful.com" - If you are still having issues finding your receipt simply email info@threadbrew.com and we can pull it for you directly.
When will my order ship?
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page or special, Limited Edition items, most orders ship out 1-2 days after your order is placed.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from ShipHero as soon as your order ships with your tracking information.
Where is my tracking email from ShipHero?
If it has been more that 2 days after you placed your order, and you DID NOT order an item with delayed shipping (i.e: Limited Edition items, Pre-Sale items), please search your inbox and Spam folder for "Shiphero." If you are still having issues - please email info@threadbrew.com and we can look up your tracking number for you.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are shipped via USPS from Austin, TX and can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on your location.
