OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: World Series of Beer Pong Trip Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), at least the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) as of date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of ThreadBrew (the "Sponsor"), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 04/24/2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 06/16/2018 (hereafter, “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Entry: There are two (2) ways to enter.

Method #1: Survey Entry: Visit https://www.threadbrew.com/pages/world-series-of-beer-pong-trip-giveaway and follow all entry instructions to complete the survey in its entirety and submit (the “Survey Entry”). Survey Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One (1) Survey Entry per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

Method #2: Mail-in Entry: You may also enter by hand printing your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mailing in a hand-addressed envelope to: ThreadBrew, Attn: Legal Dept., 1002 Rio Grande St, Austin, TX 78701. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 10/09/2017 and received no later than 12/03/2017 (the” Mail-in Entry”). ”). Online Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One (1) Online Entry per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

Limit: Two (2) Total Entries, per person, one (1) via each Entry Method above.

Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

The Sponsor will review all Entries and reserves the right in their sole and absolute discretion to reject, disqualify and/or remove any Entry (along with the Entrants’ who submitted them) that violates these Official Rules or is otherwise inappropriate without any notification or warning.

By submitting an Entry, Entrant warrants and represents that Entrant will indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, owners, parents, subsidiaries, members, shareholders, and partners, both individually and collectively, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and assigns of each (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any claims and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the breach or alleged breach of Entrant’s representations and warranties herein, the Entry, or Entrants conduct in creating the Entry, the acceptance or use of any prize or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Entries are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, garbled, stolen, damaged, altered, delayed or illegible entries. All Entry materials submitted become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Prize/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")/Odds:

Grand Prize: There is on1 (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize winner(s) will include (1) Team entry (2 individuals) and hotel for 4 nights. Travel and food not included.

The ARV of Grand Prize is: $600.00

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Random Drawing: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, June, 18th, 2018 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period by the Sponsor whose decisions are final.

Winner Notification: Grand Prize winners will be confirmed via email, and will be required to respond, within (7) days of initial notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). These releases will require the Winner to furnish his/her Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. 

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the Releases on the minor winner’s behalf. Prize is non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse.

If Releases are returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing, time permitting.

Prize Conditions: All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the prize is the sole responsibility of prize winner.

Prize is not redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if prize or prize component is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable.

Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered.  Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

Conditions/Limitations of Liability: Participating entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.  Participating entrants agree to release the Released Parties from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to Entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.threadbrew.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, USA.
